The weather has been unseasonably hot so far this summer. I don’t remember the last time we had a stretch of heat like this so early in June! I danced to the rain gods and was gifted with a mere fifteen minutes of sprinkles for my trouble. Not enough! I’d rather save my sweat for July and August, thank you very much.
Speaking of July, our 2nd birthday is coming up here at Interstate Storage, and I wanted to thank everyone who helped us make it this far. Our facility is finally nearing full capacity as we become more and more engrained in our community. My hope is that whenever someone thinks of storing in Lakeville, their mind immediately goes to that big, bright Interstate Storage sign towering over I-35.
Our facility contains over 700 indoor, climate-controlled rental spaces, which means we’ve had the pleasure of meeting a great number of people from all over the south metro. Meeting each and every one of you has been the best part of my job; whether it’s helping you through a difficult time in your life, or an exciting one! Just this morning I helped someone find a space to store their things while they finally embark on the adventure they had dreamt of for their entire life. I truly enjoy hearing about what brings people to storage, since before I worked here, I couldn’t imagine a scenario where one would need extra space!
